"This game was made for a jam; it was quite fun but also stressful to participate. Even though I couldn’t finish on time, create a tutorial, balance the game properly, or polish the animations (sorry if my English isn’t very good).
The goal of the game is to fall asleep (pink bar) before the anxiety bar (yellow bar) fills up. To do this, you must stare at the shadows that appear in the scene to make them disappear and stop the anxiety from increasing. To speed up sleep, you can press SPACE, which doubles the rate at which you fall asleep, but shadows will continue to appear regardless."
Honestly, I ended up forgetting to add any credits to the game. The asset I used for the dithering effect was the 'Darkbringer Retro shader' created by Pictures that Games. If anyone is interested in using this shader, here's the link:

I polished several details that I left unfinished in the game jam. This is what I would have liked to deliver in the jam: I improved a couple of animations and made some gameplay adjustments. I kept everything simple while maintaining the essence of the game. If I wanted to improve it further, I would have to rethink the idea and gameplay from scratch,but I really doubt I'll do it with this idea
